On the afternoon of September 1st, the "five shutdowns" were implemented within the scope of Shenzhen, with shutdowns, business closures, and market closures starting from 16:00, shutdowns starting from 19:00, and class closures starting from the afternoon of September 31st. Except for emergency personnel and livelihood security personnel, other personnel are not allowed to go out at will. Shenzhen opens all safe havens for the public to take shelter.
