The commissioning of the frequency conversion control cabinet for two sets of submersible sewage pumps supplied and installed by Huizhou KENFLO Pump Company for a drainage company in Shenzhen has been completed

After nearly a whole day's overtime work on Saturday, the commissioning and trial operation of the frequency conversion control cabinet of the make-up water pump station of a drainage company in Longgang have been completed.

The integrated frequency conversion cabinet is adopted, and in combination with the user's on-site operation and control scheme, the operation/stop/remote transfer switch is installed on the site, the indicator lights for operation, stop and fault status are installed, the secondary control circuit is installed, the pump fault alarm module in the box beside the original submersible sewage pump is connected, and the remote control circuit is installed, which realizes the linkage ability with the PLC control cabinet.

At the same time, in order to facilitate the user to remotely monitor the operation data, the Internet of Things module has also been installed and debugged, which transmits the operation data to the cloud platform through the 4G/5G network, so that the user can use the mobile phone or PC to remotely view the operation parameters of the pump, and improve the convenience of operation management.

So far, the project has been completed and handed over to users for normal use.
