Renovation of water system for greening in a residential area

Since November 2021, the Pearl River Delta region of Guangdong has experienced a continuous lack of rain, and water shortages have occurred everywhere. Water bureaus, water companies, water supply companies and relevant departments of local governments have also tried their best to save water, calling on and encouraging full name water conservation, especially drinking water conservation, to ensure that residents' domestic water is guaranteed.

A large residential area in Dapeng New Area in the east of Shenzhen has a good greening environment and a large area of green land and lawn. Sprinkler irrigation systems are installed in the green area. Tap water was originally used as greening water, and the water consumption of greening water is large. The community is located at the foot of several mountains. The vegetation on the mountains is lush, and there are small streams passing through the community. The mountains are large, and the streams are constantly flowing all year round. After evaluation, water can be taken from the stream for greening irrigation in the west area. It has little impact on streams, but can greatly save drinking water.

Through communication with the property management personnel and the greening personnel in charge of the community, we learned that the greening irrigation method of the community is that the property service personnel check the drought condition of the green land while cleaning the sanitation of the community every day. For the green land areas that need to be watered, they manually open the sprinkler head for irrigation.

After sorting and refining, the demand for greening water in the community is as follows:

(1) Mainly in the daytime;

(2) The duration of water use is not fixed. When using water, it is desirable to keep the water pressure high; When water is not used, I hope that the water supply system for greening can stop working to save energy and electricity.

(3) During greening irrigation, the demand for water varies greatly. Sometimes more sprinkler heads are opened, sometimes less sprinkler heads are opened, and the water consumption varies greatly.

(4) The user hopes that the water supply can automatically adjust the flow, maintain the pressure, work automatically, or switch on and off the machine remotely with his mobile phone (because of the large area of the community, if he makes a special trip to the control cabinet to turn on and off the machine, the distance is too far, which wastes time and is more difficult).

After considering the needs of users, Kenflo (kenfulai pump) decided to configure the community with Kenflo's Internet of things remote control variable frequency submersible pump system.

The whole system is composed of high lift submersible pump, frequency conversion control system (with Internet of things remote monitoring module), pressure transmitter, water level switch, etc.

After the water intake system is started, it automatically operates with frequency modulation to maintain the pressure of the sprinkler irrigation pipeline system at a constant value, the sprinkler head is opened more and the pump speed is high; When the sprinkler head is opened less, the frequency will be automatically reduced; When there is no water for the sprinkler head for a short time, the pump will sleep automatically; When greening personnel stop greening work or have a long rest, use mobile phone remote control to turn off the water supply system. When water for greening is needed, turn on the system by mobile phone remote control.

The mobile phone remote control interface is as follows:

The frequency conversion control cabinet is provided with a local / remote control knob. When it is rotated to the "remote" position, it can be remotely controlled through a mobile phone or a PC.

The monitoring and operation screen of PC is as follows:
