This installation adopts the single meter method to adjust the coupling alignment, and the dial indicator adopts the digital dial indicator. The coupling is of diaphragm type, and the material of diaphragm is 304 stainless steel.

 

Rotate to 90 degrees, 180 degrees and 270 degrees respectively, and record the reading of dial indicator. Then install the dial indicator in the radial direction, rotate it by a certain angle, and record the data of the dial indicator.

Then the radial deviation and axial deviation of coupling alignment can be obtained by substituting them into the formula for calculation. If the deviation value is too large, adjust it until the deviation value meets the requirements of the technical specifications.

After the coupling alignment is completed, the pump unit is ready for commissioning and trial operation.

 

The pump unit has been commissioned and put into trial operation. See the multi-function electricity meter for the current data of the test run. The current values of three phases are 228a, 231a and 232a respectively.

 

The AC current gear of the multimeter is used, and the single-phase current measured at the motor connection is 222a. There is a certain deviation. Usually, when the clamp meter is used to measure the current, there will be a certain deviation.

 

Above: technicians of Kenflo pump are measuring the bearing vibration value when the pump is running on site. The measured bearing vibration value is 0.1mm/s, which is far lower than the 2.8mm/s specified in relevant international standards.

 

After 2 hours of operation, the temperature of the bearing was measured.

According to the temperature measurement, the temperature of the pump bearing is 25.5 degrees, and the temperature rise is very small. The system is in good condition.
